About
Work with Commercial Construct.
Commercial Construct is a Queensland carpentry and plastering business led by Matthew Spencer. We work on defined commercial trade packages across Brisbane, Ipswich and surrounding areas.
For builders and site teams
How we fit into your programme.
- Agree the package
- Show us the areas, drawings and specifications. We’ll discuss what the package includes, the items supplied by others and anything still to be confirmed.
- Plan the sequence
- Let us know when areas are available, how materials can be delivered and what access the team will have. Flag retained finishes or operating areas that affect staging.
- Work through junctions early
- Check where walls, doors and ceilings meet, and identify interfaces with other trades before the framing or linings close them in.
- Agree the handover
- Confirm which areas are handed over in each stage and the finish required for the next trade.
Have a package to discuss?
Send Matthew your plans and the programme so we can work through the scope.
