A clear scope and the right drawing revision make it easier to price the same work you have in mind.
What if I only have a rough scope?
Send the site location, approximate dimensions and what you want to change. We can discuss what additional details are needed to price it.
Can I ask about several trades together?
Yes. Select several services and tell us which walls, ceilings, doors or finishes are included. List any items supplied or installed by others.
How do I include plans or photos?
Prepare the draft, open it in your email app, and attach the files before sending. You can also email Matthew directly.
What should I flag for an occupied site?
Include permitted work hours, access, areas that must stay open and any handover stages. We can discuss how those conditions affect the package.
